Vendor Information – Merritt Island Fest
1. Arts & Crafts Vendors – $75
Arts & Crafts vendors must qualify as true handcrafted creators.
All items must be 100% handmade by the artist.
Food items are not accepted in this category.
• Outside spaces: 10′ x 10′ – $75
• Only a limited number of booths are accepted in this category.
2. Non‑Handcrafted / Re‑Sale Vendors – $145
This category includes items such as dips, sauces, jewelry, Scentsy, Avon, and similar resale products.
• Outside spaces: 10′ x 10′ – $145
3. Business Booths – $295
For banking, insurance, medical, and other professional service providers.
• Outside spaces: 10′ x 10′ – $295
4. Food & Beverage Vendors
Please call 321‑323‑4460 for details, requirements, and booking.
Equipment Rentals & Add‑Ons
Vendors may bring their own tents, tables, and chairs, or request rentals on the application.
• 8’ tables: $18 each (8’ L × 2.5’ W × 2.5’ H)
• Please cover tables to the floor with white covers if possible.
• Folding chairs: $5 each
• Electric access: $25
• Bring at least 100 ft of outdoor‑rated extension cords.
• Corner spaces: $50 extra (if available)
White tents are preferred for a clean and cohesive festival appearance.
Application Notes
• Complete the online application and submit payment promptly.
• Space is limited in each category; applying early increases your chances.
• A paid application does not guarantee acceptance.
• If your application is not accepted, your payment will be returned promptly.

Setup Schedule
Setup takes place the day of the event.
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Booths must be ready for walk‑through by 3:00 PM on the opening day of the Merritt Island Fest event..
The festival gates open at 5:00 PM on Saturday, and all vendors must be fully prepared before opening.
Tent & Safety Guidelines
• Tents must be properly staked and secured.
• We recommend removing tent covers overnight and protecting merchandise in case of wind.
• Overnight security is provided, but the festival is not responsible for loss or damage.
• Do not drive in or out early or late, block driveways, or disrupt other vendors.
• Please remain open until official closing time—late guests shop too.
Refunds & Payments
• If you cancel before June 1, 2026, you receive a 100% refund.
• If you cancel after June 1, 2026, you receive a 100% credit toward a future event.
• All fees are subject to 7% Florida Sales & Use Tax.

Do’s and Don’ts
• Be courteous and friendly—this event is heavily marketed and well‑attended.
• No loud music that may disturb neighboring vendors.
• No Wi‑Fi is available at this time.
• Vendors must collect and remit 7% Florida sales tax on applicable sales.
• Before June 1, 2026, please provide a certificate of insurance showing active coverage.
