Fees are based on the size of your booth:

Arts & Crafts Vendors – $75

Arts & Crafts vendors must qualify as true handcrafted creators.

All items must be 100% handmade by the artist.

Food items are not accepted in this category.

Outside spaces: 10′ x 10′ – $75

Only a limited number of booths are accepted in this category.

Fees are based on the size of your booth:

• Tier 1: 10’x10’ (up to 100 sq. ft.) — $145
• Tier 2: 15’x15’ (up to 225 sq. ft.) — $245
• Tier 3: 20’x20’ (up to 400 sq. ft.) — $345
• Tier 4: 30’x30’ (up to 900 sq. ft.) — $445
• Tier 5: Larger spaces available; pricing negotiated individually based on availability.
• Strolling Merchant/Cart: No fixed space — (Call For Price.)

Additional fees may apply for electricity and specific vendor needs.

Application & Acceptance

Vendors will be notified after their application has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, booth fees will be due. Approval signifies commitment—no refunds are available for cancellations or weather-related issues. Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Ensure your application includes high-quality photos of your work and booth setup.

• Insurance: A certificate of insurance must list Brevard Production Inc. and the event venue as additional insureds, with an "Occurrence" policy type.
• Photos: Submit photos of your work, inventory, and booth setup via the online folder provided.
• Booth Placement: Assigned before the event, with priority given to early applicants and those with elaborate period tents.
• Vehicle Access: Vehicles are permitted only with prior authorization, and only outside of festival hours. No vehicles are allowed to move on grounds between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. during event days.
• Restrictions: Inappropriate behavior. Alcohol consumption is prohibited on festival grounds during operations.
• Cleanup & Fees: Vendors are responsible for keeping their area tidy and removing trash; a $50 fee applies for cleanup violations.
• Health & Licenses: Ensure all health, safety, and business licenses are compliant and visibly displayed.

• Electricity: $75 Service Fee. Access to electricity cannot be garanteed. It will be on a first come first served basis. Please bring a generator for backup.
• Animals & Weapons: Only pre-approved animals are allowed, with vaccinations and service documentation. Weapons must be peace-tied, wrapped, and not sold to minors

Local restaurants from all across the Space Coast, Merritt Island, the Beaches, and Cape Canaveral are invited to participate in the Merritt Island Fest Food Court Pavilion. Each restaurant will receive 12 feet of frontage space to sell food items and offer tastings that showcase their establishment. A 10% contribution from proceeds will help support Pavilion expenses. All beverages at the event will be sold exclusively by Merritt Island Veterans Memorial Amphitheater.
