Arts & Crafts Vendors – $75
Arts & Crafts vendors must qualify as true handcrafted creators.
All items must be 100% handmade by the artist.
Food items are not accepted in this category.
Outside spaces: 10′ x 10′ – $75
Only a limited number of booths are accepted in this category.

Additional fees may apply for electricity and specific vendor needs.
Application & Acceptance
Vendors will be notified after their application has been reviewed and approved. Once approved, booth fees will be due. Approval signifies commitment—no refunds are available for cancellations or weather-related issues. Space is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Ensure your application includes high-quality photos of your work and booth setup.
Local restaurants from all across the Space Coast, Merritt Island, the Beaches, and Cape Canaveral are invited to participate in the Merritt Island Fest Food Court Pavilion. Each restaurant will receive 12 feet of frontage space to sell food items and offer tastings that showcase their establishment. A 10% contribution from proceeds will help support Pavilion expenses. All beverages at the event will be sold exclusively by Merritt Island Veterans Memorial Amphitheater.
